KNOW HOW

Great products start with great fabrics! In years of experience we learned to work with the most sophisticated fabrics and made sure to invest in the technologies that facilitate high-quality production with the finest fabrics. The most noble virgin wool, Pima cotton, blends with cashmere and silk and materials with high elasticity have been therefore often used in our manufacturing facilities. You name the fabric, we will know how to handle it!

Grading, pattern making and adjustment are computer assisted operations that ensure high efficiency and support our quality policies. We use the premium Gerber software system for pattern making in order to design and develop products as efficiently as possible.

Our selected accesories (buttons, zips, threads, etc.) come from Europe, only from top-quality producers, carefully selected in accordance with our quality standards.

Every pair of trousers is manually controlled by one of our highly experienced quality inspectors! It is our way of guaranteeing perfect quality to our customers and respecting our goal to always deliver TEXcellence!

PATTERN DESIGN

Pattern design

Constructing patterns from scratch or changing existing patterns according to needs, adding shrinking allowances, preparing markers for the cutting department is a daily routine for our skilled personnel.

Raw material warehousing

Raw materials can be ordered in bigger quantities for saving costs.

We have spacious warehouses with the perfect conditions to keep all the materials needed for production. We can also help sourcing the raw materials at the buyers request.

QUALITY TESTING OF FABRICS

Quality testing of fabrics

We have long term business relations with many German, Italian, Portuguese etc. fabric suppliers.

We double check the fabrics quality, we make shrinking and skewing tests and we carry through the most relevant tests in our own laboratory to determine the physical stability of the fabrics. (dry rubbing, tensile strength, tearing resistance, slim slippage etc). We store the results in a special developed data base, permitting to prepare statistics and full reports about fabric quality as support for claiming quality problems to the fabric suppliers.

Washing

Our own high capacity washing facility is equipped with modern Tonello washing machines and Triveneta dryers, we are able to make the most known washing treatments, like rinse wash, soft wash, garment wash, enzyme wash, chemical stone wash, bleaching, special effects etc.

Our ironing department is equipped with modern Brisay pressing machines and integrated steam-driers / hot-air blowers, resulting in the requested finishing quality for any type of fabric and product, from classical to the modern casual look.

Quality control

Quality in every detail is our main standpoint.

Therefore we are concentrating on quality starting from pre-production activities, through the whole production process, until the final product. In-line, end-line and final quality inspections are made by skilled quality inspectors. Trousers measurements are registered in a special data base, permitting full traceability for each product.

Sorting and labeling

We sort out the products by retailers and even shops if required, and label them according to their specific needs.

Storing

Production capacities are linear, but retailers’ expectations regarding deliveries depend on sales.

We can reserve storing capacities in our warehouses and deliver them just in time.

Our warehouses are equipped with modern fire-security installations, the products are kept in a clean and tidy environment.

Packaging and shipping

Packed in carton boxes, ensuring waterproof if necessary or just polybagged and shipped on hangers, – we adapt to our customers’ needs.
